Long overdue update

Almost the end of 2023, the year has really flown by!

Since my last post, I turned 56 in September. Again, just a number as I do not feel any different. Maybe the only difference is a few a few lines and some more body parts that are presenting themselves via pain. Still healthy otherwise thanks to my daily pill collection.

It has been a great year with lots of opportunities to travel and new experiences. This year was a year of rest and rejuvenation so I am ready for whatever 2024 brings. No definite plans yet, I am more of a spur of the moment person anyway.

Christmas in California without snow was different but I enjoy going to the beach everyday. There is just something about the ocean, it brings such peace to the soul.
