I am Mormon. I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. 

It is sometimes so easy to forget all the benefits of the programs the Church offers. A loving Father in heaven created them just for us, to comfort us when weary, to show His love for us.

I am grateful for the programs of the church, like visiting and home teaching. Today, shortly after expressing that I was about ready to pack my suitcases, we had a double visit. A mix-up in appointment times. But, it shows just how involved the Savior is in every moment of our lives. If He can take care of the birds, He will never forget us, His children. While our home teachers were sharing their lesson, our RS visiting teachers showed up to share theirs. 

In our darkest times, the Savior never leaves us, He may not be there in person but He sends His earth angels to comfort our tired and weary souls. He calms the troubled waters of our minds. He sends us what we need exactly when we need it. He makes the way and sends us strength for the journey that leads back to Him. For this, I am truly grateful.
