Going through chemotherapy is very difficult. Pain permeates your entire body. Nothing makes the pain subside. I remember a time when I was lying in a hospital bed facing the unknown of what tomorrow held. I noticed the hospital chaplain pacing back and forth in front of my door, looking in whenever he passed by. He eventually asked if he could come in and when he did, he asked if he could say a prayer. After he was finished saying the prayer, he told me he had felt compelled to come into my room as he had seen an angel standing at my shoulder. Just knowing that gave me peace and hope to face all the tomorrows to come.

I know that God watches over us. He is there for each and everyone of us every step of the way on our life's journey. Heaven has our back! Never lose hope.
