Frozen is my favorite Disney movie and of course my favorite song from it is "Let it go". Here are some excerpts from the lyrics: "Let it go, let it go, Turn away and slam the door, I don't care what they're going to say, Let the storm rage on... ...the fears that once controlled me, Can't get to me at all... Fall is such a beautiful time, all the colors of the leaves scattered everywhere. It's a perfect time to let things go, just like the trees do. Sometimes knowingly or unknowingly we hold on to past pain, hurt, disappointments. 

Decide to make a conscious effort to let it go. It is only in letting go of the past can you move towards the beautiful future ahead of you, filled with new joys, adventures and experiences. We learn from our past, but we don't live there anymore. We live in the present and we should never stop looking forward to the hope and promises of tomorrow.
